When you search a document in zip cloud , documents appear as a list of links, with columns that display information about each document. When you move the mouse pointer (mouse) on the link of a document, you can access a list of several options, Edit Properties, Delete, and Chat. The last option allows you to insert comments in the document review, provided that save as HTML file. By clicking on the link to a document opens the document in the same window of Microsoft Internet Explorer. In the left pane you can change the view of a document library, as follows:
* Columns. You can select columns to track information about library documents. For example, you can use columns to track the author, size, title and number of pages. You can add or remove columns and change the order in which they appear.
* Filters. You can filter content based on certain criteria. For example, in the view of a document library that shows only the proposed sale of one person may use a filter to show only that person’s written proposals in May.
* Views. You can define views in a document library and allow others to change those zip cloud reviews. For example, a document library for sales proposals can have a view for banks, another for estate agents and one for lawyers. You could also choose to view the proposed sales by salesperson, for example, can show the proposals in a view of Henry and Delia in another.
The left pane allows you to configure alerts, which can be useful to track documents in a document library. When you configure an alert, you are notified by email when changes are made and not have to repeatedly check if you have made changes to the document library. For example, if you set an alert on a document library named Sales and adds a new document library sales, you will receive an email telling you about the document.
Different schedules can set alerts for different document libraries. For example, you might want to be notified weekly about a document library, a daily reporting from each other and “immediately” from another.
